Do you provide on-going supervisory evaluations of the quality of care?
Yes, we do this in two ways. First, our RNs provide clinical supervision of all CNAs, ensuring that they have a proper plan of care to follow and that they have the necessary skills to perform those tasks. Second, we have unannounced home visits making sure that the job is being done properly and that the patient and family members are satisfied. Our administrative staff are always available to quickly resolve any problems.

Yes, at PCI we do a thorough background check including work references and state and national background checks. We are also fully insured for the well-being of both our patients and our employees.

Yes it is. We provide home care to patients both hourly and 24/7 when requested. We also have staff On Call who handle any emergencies or problems that occur with service after regular business hours. This allows us to respond quickly to your needs or emergencies.
